Rosenzweig & Company, a leading global provider of executive recruitment solutions, is proud to officially announce that Mandeep Grewal, has joined the firm as Deputy Managing Partner, based in its Toronto office. Mandeep has over ten years of senior experience in the executive search industry. He was previously a Partner with Korn/Ferry International.

Over the course of his career, Mandeep has conducted searches in the following sectors: banking, insurance, real estate, private equity, and infrastructure. A functional specialty of his is CFO and related senior finance searches.

Mandeep began his recruitment career in research and ultimately progressed to partner-level roles in both boutique and global, public firm environments. He therefore has a deep understanding of all aspects of the business.

Mandeep holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and an MBA from York University.

Mandeep is a member of the CVCA, NAIOP, ICCC and the Toronto Board of Trade. He is actively involved in a number of causes, including Habitat for Humanity.
